im almost done with bronze packs. ( which I just decided to use instead of silver recently) you aren’t guaranteed to get a permanent unlock. So I was wondering when I get all the common permanents, do I have 100 percent chance of getting points back, or is it the same chance of unlocking a permanent through bronze?
Not every time in my experience.

Nope! They give you points in the same percentage chance that they give a permanent unlock (I believe it has been calculated to be ~60%)
That makes bronze one of the worst investments as .60(1250) = 750 RP. Silvers, once complete, cost only 2000 RP. Golds cost only 4000 RP.

Here is what happens. Most of the time, you’ll get the nadim emblem. It is the superman symbol but it’s an N. It is the only rare you will get in a bronze pack. If you buy packs after that you should just get 100 or 509 points back. Then you’re done
In order to get unlocks now I can only buy Gold packs. It sucks.
