Do Blast units have 100% damage when fatigued?

Question is, if you deploy units with Blast outside of your base and they die before their 8 seconds of deployment fatigue are up, does their Blast effect still deal the full damage? If so, I think this should be changed to half damage (or radius). Thanks in advance.

The Blast effect still has full effect. Sending them out with battle fatigue is actually better because you spawn them in battle, watch them die, then watch the enemy explode.
