Never in my life did I ever imagine the main stage of Halo tournaments to feature Automatic weapons as if they took skill to use. After playing several games of free for all champion/onyx high, i can say that there is hardly a reason to run around with a precision weapon these days. If camping with storm rifle/smg is considered competitive nowadays in halo then the franchise really has fallen quite a bit. People never run to pick up a BR in this game they time storm rifle and smg instead lmao. Not to mention the maps themselves are pretty awful, they’re either open plains or narrow tunnels that have a million angles but that’s for another day. Are there any other people who have played this game at a high level that share the same sentiments? What does everyone else think?
