SMH… when a game gets released do their forums turn into the spew that this one has turned into? Never have I seen so many trolls out… If you don’t like Halo 5 get on with your life and move on! I love H5. It’s been great so far. I have been playing since H2 on original Xbox. There have been a lot of changes to Halo over the years some good and some bad. No different than this Halo. But over all it’s great IMO.
Pretty much whenever a new game is released. There will never be a singe game in the history of the human race that will even come close to pleasing all of a fanbase. Halo’s lashback is more obvious only because it’s a large title.
Sorry not everybody shares your opinion and you feel the need to complain about it. Sure, some have been exceptionally melodramatic, but you aren’t saying much by pointing out the obvious.

this, happens to all games, but the bigger the title, the more people who are unhappy usually. people like to complain, then you have people who report real issues like rank reset, games not counting, its a giant mess
It can be anything and people will whine about it.
Dev: “Hey we added door handles to all the doors to the game”
Forums: “Aw you messed it up! the doorknobs were great! why change it?!”
Dev: “it easier to open?”
Forums: “Stop making it newby! what next revolving doors?!”
Everyone else too busy to hate on the doors: “they added door handles?”
I just wonder because I am probably one of the very few that don’t go to any other gaming forums. Halo is about all I play now. I didn’t like that GTA 5 went to the 3 character game and concentrates mostly on online play now… I don’t go to gta forums and complain… I just stopped playing and moved on.

After 11 years in the game industry and working at about 5 different developers… The people who are unhappy always flock to forums. The butt hurt is strong with consumers… But that is how it works. People get mad because they set expectations. I have learned, don’t expect anything and you will be happy with what you find out a game has.
Yes. The video gaming community is full of entitled whiney little brats who struggle to maintain a conversation in the real world… They fulfill some sort of self-importance by ranting about how bad things are online.

Same with those who complain about them. The ones who have no real life friends to play with and are new to Halo so they attack those who miss the feature. We’d have less people like you if the game wasn’t T-rated.
