It’s pretty ridiculous in teams, let’s be honest. You need at least 10 wolverines and 8 reavers to hold them off. And you have to micro them because they’ll target your anti air. When you have half of your army all anti air and win those engagements, you’re screwed because they switch up their units and you can’t counter attack their base. You aren’t losing power from spamming air either. Then you have the other player or two to worry about. You show up, they fly to another base. Decimus’ units heal way too quick when nothing is around to shoot at them. His warlord can just sit at your base if you don’t have anti infantry. Decimus is the only leader in the game that’s overall overpowered.
Air spamming is for the unintelligent. You admitted it yourself, pros dont play in such a way.
They might think they’re good but truth is, most champ level players dont air spam, rarely happens. From the tournaments I’ve watched none of them use that as their main strategy, it doesnt get to that point since they rush each other from the very beginning.
