I’m used to seeing 12k max performance xp per game but I don’t ever play BTB, this warthog challenge has pushed me into playing 8v8 to try and get that challenge done but I noticed I got 19k performance xp? I don’t think a double xp event was announced but I could be wrong, does 8v8 give more xp or what’s going on there?
Halo Support’s Twitter account posted this on the 13th April:
" Starting today, Halo MCC players will now receive more XP for medals earned and time spent in online matches. This change, along with the addition of 51 new medals to Halo 3 multiplayer in Monday’s update, means that multiplayer XP values are now aligned across all MCC titles."
After playing a few games I found that the new Performance XP caps are 30k for PvP (Previously 12k) and 38k for FF (Previously 18k).

That’s pretty good actually, for FF I think the match completion around 10k so that with the 38k performance and little bit of teamwork xp puts you at around half the amount of xp as a weekly challenge
