I have posted in countless threads, appropriate to the problems I have been having and there has not been a single CM or Mod say anything about trying to fix things. Why are we left in the dark. Even a simple statement saying which issues you are looking into is a hell of a lot more helpful then the ABSOLUTELY NOTHING we are being given. Can you please address these issues some how so we can at least know what is going on. We are all paying customers, and I would really like to see even a small amount of care shown in these forums. Maybe you should hire some more people because right now, it feels like there are only 3 people working for the community right now.
Not to mention seeing blatant spoiler threads up for wayyyy longer than they should be.
The moderators can’t really help people fix their problems. All they can really do is point to the threads at the top of the forum and suggest looking there. They don’t work for 343i, so if you are asking them for technical answers, you may be out of luck.

Who wants to bet all of the mods have their specialization code?.
Well anything I ask in the “issues” thread is not being addressed, along with hundreds of others that are not covered by the FAQ. Maybe someone else knows how to get the Halo 4 server to stop crashing on me. this is the 6th time I have completed 1 or 2 spartan ops missions, only to be disconnected from server and having to start back at square 1 after restarting. It’s getting to be pretty pathetic how little we are being informed about the measures being taken to figure everything out. Even if i got a “We’re working on it” i would be much more happy than the pure ignorance the entire community has been shown.
All the the mods do as far as i have seen is edit posts telling people not to spam and lock some threads. Outside of that you are only going to see any 343 stuff in the news section.
That’s the only communication we will probably ever have.

Seeing as this company is technically part of blizzard, I wonder why their customer service and amount of updates the community gets is so horrendous. Blizzard is out there within an hour addressing issues and letting people know that they are working to fix known problems.
Trying to communicate with them is almost impossible, they should really work on that.

That is factually incorrect, even technically. Microsoft does not own Blizzard, Activision does and Microsoft does not own them either.
