when I play infection, I don’t want to know what place I’m in (ITS NOT FREE FOR ALL). I don’t want to hear “ROUND LOST” unless i’m in first, just do what you did in Halo 4, call it a draw so we don’t have a ton of losses on our stats!
I’m here to have a good time with friends, not compete. If I wanted to do that, I would go in a RANKED playlist. I liked how the scoring was in Halo 4; a subheading for the survivors and a subheading for infected, NOT this changing emblem to an infected symbol.
Also, wtf with customs, no vehicle allowence changes?!?
Tbh I think I will go on MCC soon, that is waaay better.
OP wants a participation ribbon and doesn’t want his feelings hurt. Infection is his safe place.

I personally could care less about my win/loss ratio, but some people take it to the extreme. I don’t want any tryhard players getting all worked up over Infection. Doesn’t really matter to me though, since I’m pretty sweaty myself at Infection.

I don’t care all that much I’m just surprised that they would make infection count towards it.

No. Only 1st place. You are thinking of H3.
I know people think I’m being a baby and I agree I didn’t manage to get my point across well.
what I mean is that social playlists shouldn’t count to things like that and that Halo 4 did it better than 5 does.

Unless they changed it with this update… in ffa anything but first gives you a loss… my win loss ratio is terrible because of it.

Okay I actually have only played like 5 games of FFA so beats me.
if its social you shouldnt care if it gives you a win or a loss though. and in all honesty who do you think is going to judge you for it? lets say you have 1000 games played before infection came out…it will take a lot of losses anyways to even truly affect you KD. unless from here on out you decide thats the only playlist you are going into
is because they’re focusing more in EA competivity than on their players’ fun
Well its fairly obvious they do not know what makes social social. They focused way to heavily on the competitive side for Halo 5.

its just because I’ve been playing a lot of MCC recently in the infection hype!
I’m just getting used to the new system and I’m sorry for wasting your time 
this is just one of my problems with the social side of Halo 5 and I wish that it were a bit better designed so at least top 3 got a victory or something like that.
