DNF... Um no?

Hey guys,

I don’t like to quit out when I play Halo games. I noticed the other day when I looked I had 29 DNF… thought no way. I’ve maybe quit b/c frustrated / have to do something… maaaaaybe 10’ish games. I’ve had a couple all out DCs.

So anyway, I start watching the stat just for fun to see what the deal is…

I now have 31 within the last 10 games. If you look at my service record… this is just not the case.

I have not DC’ed or quit 100% for sure in that time.

I know it’s not a big deal, and I literally couldn’t care less about my k/d / wins type stats (play to win but play for fun) but the DNF have always really bothered me.

Anyone know how these are piling up?

this has been happening since day 1, probably making up 90% of my DNFs. From personal experience it usually occurs after a good match.Either I back out the lobby before the next vote menu shows up counting the previous match as DNF or the host left before the end of match getting a black screen. Thus in both case my stats for last match didn’t save counting as DNF instead.

my solution is simply after a match wait a bit in the lobby look at service record then back out.

If you get “selecting new host” on a black screen the chances are you will get a DNF
