i may have misread it when i unlocked it, and i have been constantly trying to find out if i had, but i thought it implied that the reticle movement was more controlled, at least when scoped. the first game i played with it i dominated (i should point out that hasn’t been the case in all the games since unlocking), and even unscoped i felt i was less prone to wandering away from the head. i still play with the skin on, and so far i haven’t found anyone, or any source claiming what i’ve experienced to be factual, so i am coming to the conclusion that it is skin only.
but it definitely is not lacking in power, not exceeding for that matter either.
They are just weapon skins. They do not alter any of the statistics and behaviors of how a gun functions.
The DMR NOBLE skin is the same as the normal DMR. It just looks different because of the skin.
That’s it. Anyone experiencing anything different is a result of gameplay and the random factors the human element provides.
Black DMR is more powerful than black and yellow DMR.

I remember seeing a description somewhere that indicated it had enhanced attributes when compared to the standard DMR.

Yeah, and the Plasma Pistol with the Fracture skin is now a 1sk! I’m also pretty sure that that Magnum with the Static skin is more like the Flagnum now.
I have felt the same way but to me it’s just the firing rates and stability/reticle.
