I was just wondering, has anyone had the opportunity to see if the DMR, Sniper Rifle, Magnum etc are still vehicle shredders? I saw a post earlier, saying how many anti-vehicle weapons there are in the game now, so the amount of damage these weapons do to vehicles should be reduced. Can anyone confirm this?
It looks like they are as much a Shredder as the BR was to any vehicle in Halo 3! =D
Less damage than reach but more than halo 3
I read a couple other posts saying they nixed this. I could understand the Sniper Rifle to a degree, but the DMR should’ve been a pin shooter against a tank.
They’re definitely not as much as they were in Reach, but felt more than Halo 3.
Although, even if you put two or three shots on a vehicle before it blows up, you still get a Vehicle Assist.

I think its about the same as it ever was.
