So I finally seen something related to one of my favorite weapons in game, I got a paintjob for DMR. But why have I not seen the base for DMR yet and I did check out, the load out collection says I have 0/21 of the DMRs and in warzone I cannot take it as a load out weapon.
Is this common? and is there still hope for me to get the base DMR even though I got a paintjob first?
I got a legendary DMR skin and I don’t have the DMR. The gun itself is a rare drop, so if you just want the base variant I’d recommend going for silver packs, that is what I’m doing.
I have opened 30ish REQ packs and I finally found a DMR in one near the end of all that opening. Sad thing though is that it was a Level 8 DMR with long barrel…So I cant even use it until I get 8 REQ points in a game–most games end before I get to 6.
I got a dmr off an enemy player in warzone the other night. Oh how fun it was.

The DMR is a little too rare for my tastes. It’s my favorite gun in the game, and I only have a special variant that unlocks at 8. Game is over by then for the most part, or I’m running vehicles like a crazy man.
I’d love to see the base variant come down to uncommon and unlock at level 5.
