Yes they need to get rid of aim assist and do something about the bloom and rate of fire but other than that its perfectly fine. Some people just complain to complain. After they fix the boltshot and dmr whats next? Magnum and BR? The magnum is like a mini dmr with a br scope? Why cant people just play the game and figure out a way to beat these things. But yet halo players like to claim they more skilled than CoD players. But in CoD you run around with a shotgun and still get owned. Nobody complains in CoD. And little kids play CoD they know how to have a good time and not complain. I see grown men some be married and they crying like little btches over a game that you wont be playin a year from now. Im a proud boltshot abuser i can admit to that. I wish this game was like halo 3 i can also admit to that. I face the dmr abusers head on if i lose then maybe next time if i win then ok. But i dont rage over game and cry to the good people at 343 about it. But yet you want them to make a halo 2 anniversary and you call them names and horrible people. 343 dont deserve half bullsht you people give them. Atleast they made a halo. Bungie was about to kill the chief right then and there but 343 gave him back to you and this is how you treat them???

Or remove it completly, tone down the br, make it more like the halo 3 br, not some OP annoying cod toy.

That’s like saying “I’ve got loads of holes in my ceiling which let rain drip through. If there was no holes, it’d all be perfectly fine!”
Therefore, it’s not perfectly fine in it’s current state.
I don’t have a problem with the concept of the weapon, it’s just the way that it beats every other precision loadout weapon it their respective situations that really bugs me.
DMR is overpowered to the point, no one gives a sheet about other’s weapons balance. I would love to talk about buffing Carbine or nerfing Light Rifle, but these are just such nuances compared to DMR killing the game.
I love Halo 4 except for current DMR, so I will complain about it til it’s fixed.

It’s comments like that which is why I barely ever play Halo 4 anymore, refuse to go near matchmaking.
