What I don’t understand is (or maybe again it might just be me) they made the DMR a Rare weapon on up which is understandable I get it in the right hands it’s deadly I get that, but on the back end WAR ZONE typically does not last to the point where you get REQ 7+ would be great if they lowered the lvl to at least 6. I have the DMR with a laser and that’s lvl 8 and like I said matches do not last that long and if they do the game is about to end…

I have yet to actually unlock the DMR on warzone with Req packs…so I am one of those unlucky ones.
It’s a bit pricey even for the base gun. I almost never bother with the upgraded versions of the guns I have…

I don’t hate the idea of dropping it one level. Personally, I could keep it as is or take your suggestion. In my experience, I’ve had really -Yoink- games where I struggle to get to REQ 7+, but have had good games where I’m at the high REQs rather early.
Not only are DMRs worth EIGHT freaking points. But ghosts are only 3. I don’t know about you but I find it a lot harder to K.O. a ghost than someone with a DMR
The DMR used to be my favorite gun, but I have barely used it on Halo 5. I definitely agree with you. A DMR in the right hands is deadly, yes, but a BR in average hands is deadly. I am kind of confused why it is so much easier to get a Battle Rifle.

You are most definitely correct it takes a group effort to take a OP ghost out
