DMR in Halo 4?

Call me crazy because I have had more then my fair share of mishaps with the DMR and bloom etc. But I have been playing a mix of both Halo3 and Reach in the last couple weeks between accounts, and what I have noticed is the BR has many faults as well, not to mention the ability to “spray/sweep” with it on ‘1shots’ for the kills.

I have found that since the TU, the DMR and NR have both improved immensely. Although there are some other issues with TU (grenades that kill you from forever away, which I have been escaping rather effortlessly in Halo3 as of late).

I wonder if it is possible to have a balance between the BR and DMR, similar to the carbine for Halo 4, because it is rather fun to use and some could argue, it requires more skill.

I hope they bring it back along with the BR even if it were just it were its own gametype separate from BRs

EDIT: I cannot figure out how to edit the poll question, as some suggested. So No can just be no, you dont have to hate the DMR lol

They did emphasize that the BR isn’t a replacement of the DMR which, to me at least, implies that the DMR will be in Halo 4. No way to know for sure of course, but it sounds like it. I personally wouldn’t mind if they had both. They’re both sweet weapons.

Im saying no, but i dont think it sucks… it just doesnt belong in Halo 4… you should change that, gives people the wrong idea

What if the BR and the DMR are in the new loadout system so you can pick which you prefer to spawn with, just like Gears’ lancer and hammerburst?

Hmm…

Well it’d be dum to replace a single-shot rifle.

i wouldn’t be sad at all if there is no DMR in halo 4.

Like whats someone said before, The BR isn’t replacing the DMR. That’s a pretty good hint it’ll be both of them in the same game.
