SO I just scored 3 flags on a matchmade game on Hemmorage and the achieve didn’t unlock…it if glitched for anyone else either?
none of them say anything close to do that

does it mena score the flags or like hover over your flag and reset it
The achievement isn’t about scoring them, it’s about returning it back to your base

I think you have to do it in matchmaking on a defiant map. You might also have to wait till Tuesday too??

Just double checked. It took me to mine as well 
I also have the achievements so I thought it was his profile
Think of stockpile man. Me and a whole bunch of others, which I shall not mention got this achievement by grabbing flags out of the enemies’ stockpile and bringing them back to our own stockpile for a count. Do this twice and the achievement is yours.

i got all the achievements on friday when i got my DMP
