Um I bought the Warzone REQ Bundle and it only gave me 2 Premium REQs and i don’t know what’s going on, Microsoft support said contact y’all so can I get some help please?
The bundle gives you a total of 14 packs, but you get 2 packs every week. You’ll get 2 more packs next week and that will continue until you have all 14
But I only got 2 thru out 7 month period n I was seeking help about this, I purchased this 1/17/18, n it only gave me 2 out of the 14 since then
Ok, that would be helpful information to lead with in your first post. There are sometimes cases where the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. It’s possible that could have happened here, or you opened them in amongst other packs without realising? You also can on redeem a bundle once per gamertag, was that the first time you bought the bundle? Some versions of Halo 5 came with a Warzone bundle, meaning that if you bought it again you wouldn’t get any further packs
As stated before, the bundle gives you 2 packs per week for 7 weeks, totaling the promised 14 packs. If you purchased the bundle in mid January, 7 weeks later would be around mid March. That would be several months ago that you stopped receiving packs. Is there a reason it took you so long to notice that you may not have received all promised packs? With how much time has passed, you could have just forgotten how many packs you received.
343i is able to track when packs are opened, down to the time of day, and every time they’ve investigated someone saying they didn’t get their full bundle, 343i has shown that the player did in fact get all the packs, and shows time stamps for all 14 openings. If you’re lucky, 343i will do the same for you.
I took so long cause I didn’t know that you were supposed to get more than two until my bud said something about the bundle and to my knowledge I didn’t receive all the packs, so I would be glad if 343i could do something about it
