My friend and I recently got back into Halo Wars after not playing for a long time, and there’s DLC now. Do many people have it, and does it come up often in matchmaking? I noticed they’re both still full price, though.

The dlc is great, but I doubt you will ever be able to play them.
I get to play the maps often. I say they are worth it. As for the other DLC, the playlists generally have nobody in them.

If you play 1v1 you will get the new map often, but if you only play 3v3 its not worth it.
The Game modes def arent worth it
I would say the gamemodes are worth it just for reinforcements. Just getting a game in it is a problem.

Actually it is proving to not be a challenge. Many people are buying the game in anticipation of Halo 4 and wanting to get all of the Halo achievements. I have been playing reinforcements all week at work on my lunch and I got to play it for about 2 hours total today. I played a 30 minutes 1s game!

I concur. The game modes can be fun, but the populations are usually low.
I love the maps so I would definitely recommend buying them.

Agreed - more people are playing now and it will continue to grow as the year goes on. People will start trying to get the achievements - and the DLC is awesome!!!
Reinforcements is the best gametype period. Hate on Haters
Do what they say, i bought the game modes long ago and no one plays them even if they are fun and interesting. If they say theres people playing the maps, go ahead with them.
imo, both dlc’s are worthless. the maps are rare,because hardly anyone has them. the game types are bad except maybe reinforcement, but no one really plays that. if you have 800 msp to waste then by all means get them.
