i think that it would be in 343i’s best interest to have downloadable content (DLC) weapons for halo 4. it would work the same way dlc maps work were you could only use them in match making if everyone in the game has the new guns.
on a side note gun skins could be cool so you could have the halo 2 br instead of the h4 one… look wise that is not gameplay wise
