DLC Unavailable on Xbox?

When I go to the Xbox store to get DLC for the game, it says that it is unavailable on this platform. I play on Xbox, and I can’t purchase any of the games DLC because it says it is only on PC. Is anyone else having this problem?

[EDIT] If I try to buy it on my PC it says it is only available on Xbox One
