It’s kind of saddening to see how few play the DLC as I’ve just bought all the maps (around 2000 at the very most, but an average of 200-500 most days). But, I am a little disgruntled as per the limit to the DLC. I’ve been trying to get the DLC-Specific achievements (Do this on Defiant map, etc) and it’s frustrating finding the gametype I want in order to earn that achievement, and when it does come up in a vote, something else gets voted instead.
Honestly, there’s two options for me here now: Find some people to Boost the achievements with in matchmaking, or there’s the possibility that 343 gives us a July/August update that sorts DLC into specific gametypes (slayer, objective, zambies) at least before Halo 4 comes out so that we can get these achievements.
Trust me, with the Squad DLC having an extremely low population and the fact they’re trying to remove more playlists so it is easier for people to find games when Reach isn’t the main game any more, they won’t be adding different DLC playlists.
Full party boosting for achievements is ok as long as everyone is playing and no AFK players.
