DLC question

I’ve heard some rumors about new armor as a DLC (GRD helmet), and I was wondering if it’s possible for 343 to add new armor affects?
Or is it possible that they will implement DLC armor effects in halo 4?

This is slightly off topic; but I think that it’s a good idea to add halo 3 maps in reach/4 with improved graphics.

It’s odd, there were clear pictures of the helmet, and hints by 343i, but nothing official yet.
