I can’t access my DLC from GameStop preorder. Locke’s armor, a special battle rifle, REQ pack, and visor were promised. Does anyone know how to fix this? When I get on the game, it says no REQ packs are available. Help please!

I just played a bit of the campaign and then when I logged off of it, and went into the req cards, it was there. However, the other doc req packs I still haven’t gotten.
I’ve noticed that the req screen has been a little slow and sometimes not showing anything at all just restart console and quit the game from home screen a couple times and it should show up.
I’m having the same issue, I called Xbox I guess multiple people are having the same problem.
I logged on this morning and finally got them, hope that you guys do too!
