I lost the phoenix logs that I have gotten in Operation Spearbreaker and Awakening the Nightmare thus far(Just completed mission 3 in ATN) along with all of my saves.

Since I can still see the completion time and medals for the missions I have completed, I believe that the data is still in there. Could it be retrieved somehow? I have tried a hard reset and it has not resolved the issue.

Ok, I am angry. This is stupid bug which appears after updates. This happened to me two times and now for the third time again. All saves disappeared, some logs missing, and two cinematics are locked. This was addressed in the past ,but happens again. Please developers fix it. This is non sense that campaign progression can be bugged by balance updates.

I agree it’s so annoying when I sit down and complete these but then when I next log on it’s just gone which makes it very hard to keep playing we were told the were working on it 2 years ago. I’m really getting sick of this it’s happened about 5 times now please fix this 343

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve been experiencing this very same issue too for at least a couple years now. To me it just seems they practically all but abandoned HW2 support. Their focus is on these rushed, botched releases of MCC for the PC and Infinite. I guess this company just wants your hard-earned money and could care less about fixing issues. Just makes more sense to fix issues in existing games rather than make new games, because if the issues aren’t fixed then those new games aren’t going to be as hyped-up as usual because the existing games aren’t fully fixed. 343 will lose money because of their declining reputation to make games right. I know, we’re all human. We all make mistakes. But losing campaign saved progress is very frustrating, I have no idea why they haven’t fixed this yet.
