It contains an entire campaign, 2 new leaders and a new Co-op mode vs The Flood. While I understand being unhappy it ain’t in the season pass I’d happily pay $20 for a new canonical campaign alone so it’s not unreasonable imo - the season pass has Jerome and HW1 Arby still to come as well as a further 2 new leaders and 2 campaign missions of its own.
I have HONESTLY no words for this.
It is okay to pay for a service which is worth the money. But this is that ridiculously greedy I havent experienced anything similar. And since new leaders are included in this DLC Season Pass Holders should get it at least for a 50% discount.
If 343 stays with this course and wants extra money from people who have paid the full price for the title PLUS the 30 EUR extra on top for the season pass, then I am that disappointed that this is gonna be my last Halo game ever. We are not cows who are there to be milked. WTF.

The season pass is meant to cover this however, campaign missions and multiplayer -Yoink- like this is supposed to be free for the holders. People have bought the ultimate edition expecting this -Yoink- to be free, there’s no excuse for 343i to cuck their fanbase like this.

A season pass should include all dlc content for the amount of time given in the pass information. With this in mind, the fact that there would be separate dlc that wouldn’t be included with the pass should have at least been mentioned in the pass description.

when I bought season pass I knew exactly what I was getting, the leaders and a 2 mission mini campaign. I was not expecting them to tack on a full campaign with CGI cutscenes, voice acting, starring a new enemy faction and brand new game mode as part of the deal.
I’m delighted we are getting so much content I did not expect we would get so much support for the game.

The intentions of this dlc is pretty suspicious, I’ll admit. I am assuming that we’ll still get the included leaders for free which is ok…(conspiracy inbound!) unless the new leaders will ONLY be included in this expansion.

i bought the ultimate edition + season pass and this was the first ever season pass i ever bought and after this i shall never buy one again as i wanted all the content and now ive to pay more. i knew from the start of season passes getting added to games never to touch them and this is why.

The season pass has been well worth the money considering the amount of content that it has provided.

Even EA, the apparent criminals of the gaming world in terms of DLC and cutting content, included all DLC in their season passes/premium. 343 cannot even do that. The advertising for Halo wars 2 season pass originally said includes a campaign expansion, THEN it was cut not to include that. Sketch tried defending this in the thread pointing it out, asking why we had the belief of constantly being deceived. This is why. They cut a BANISHED FLOOD campaign, and instead give Seaosn pass owners who put their faith in 343, 2 MISSIONS!! When the advertising for the pass said campaign EXPANSION (I.e this flood one was clearly originally included in the season pass, but they change D the mind and quietly changed the description)
343, you had better change your mind and include this expansion in the season pass. Terribly bad move.
I paid extra money for the season pass that included all dlcs! All dlcs, not some ALL! Don’t put up a season pass saying you’ll get all dlc than not do it!

Yep this is my first ever season pass/“ultimate” edition too. I bought it because 343 clearly had been listening to feedback in terms of art style and story, which I was happy with. Now, even though this flood banished campaign is incredible, it is all undone by having it as a seperate purchase as a clear money grab.
