So for whatever reason all the DLCs have stopped working.
The heroes don’t show up, the custom skins don’t show up, and the Spearbreaker and Nightmare stuff tells me I don’t own them.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC multiple times and even the entire game twice but nothing is working for me.
Fixed the problem this morning. I still dont know what the problem was but on the main menu I went over to the store section and it took me to the Xbox store where the DLCs are. It acted like I never bought them as it simply showed their prices. So I selected one at random to see if it was reallu going to make me buy then all again and for a few moments it acted like it. Then it refreashed or something and told me I alread own the product and had it installed. I then backed out and all of them said owned. Went back to Halo Wars 2 and I had everything again. Sadly I have to reunlock all the Phoenix Logs but that’s it.
Hope this helps anyone else having trouble with the DLCs working.

I had the same problem recently with Operation Spearbreaker. I own the Ultimate Edition with the physical disc. Problem still seems to occur.
