I think because everyone has moved on to Guardians they should do sales or at least make the maps free so that they can be played through co-op, my brother and i play together all the time but we dont want to pay for the dlc maps. Anyways the point is, please do sales or let them be free.
I agree. I own the DLC already but I would love to see players get it for free, so that everyone can play together without having the map selection issues.

The DLC’s used to be in the basic rotation, but now they’re only in the action sack playlist rotation

And not even all that common either due to everyone having to have the maps which is the equivalent of trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Good idea but this game is dead in terms of and updates.
Why. I like halo 4 far more than any halo. may not be a whole lot of people compare to halo 5 but people are people and players are still players. I think its just absurd to not have them available.

I agree with you. It does not matter that I bought four years ago the DLS maps. Players should be able to download them for free. I have them for four years, but have not once had the chance to play DLSs. This is absurd! I play mostly BTB and I’m tired of play Complex all the time. 343, make DLSs free for all players!

I do agree. I have actually made bring up that topic many times the last year when I do get the opportunity.
Map packs do actually lose value quickly (current value is nearly 0$) and it would be easier to keep playlists populated if every map is available for everyone because you don’t have to worry about the split on the community.
That do actually apply to all DLC map packs for Halo games other than the Halo 3 ODST DLC in Halo Reach.
Every playlist should be unlocked for everyone.
Halo 4’s DLC all should of been free to begin with. The DLC maps were far superior to the maps shipped on the disc. They were enjoyable, yes. But Haven and Adrift could get old because they were the only good ones IMO.
I think I played on Perdition and Outcast at least once. I loved those maps. I wish they would return some day… Probably won’t though. RIP.

I feel like the DLC map packs should get free and all the playlists should get updated so they include the DLC maps. Maybe even remove some completely dead playlists.
I would play agian if it was made free. I paid for all the DLC and some maps I only got to play a few times.

That is why the community get split by pay DLC map packs. I think free map packs would also make a lot more variation in multiplayer. I have seen them in MCC, but I haven’t bought them in halo 4 and I won’t buy them (too expensive).
