Is anyone else experiencing a problem with preorder/bonus items (eg flaming helmet) not showing up when they go to play on xbone? I play between two consoles: 360 and one, and none of my preorder bonus items show up when I switch over to my xbox one system. I suspect the issue lies in the fact that the items are DLC and must be downloaded onto the hard drive of the system they’re running on for the system to recognise ownership of such DLC and make it available in-game. The question is, how do I transfer my DLC over from 360 to xbone? I’d like to be able to play with my flaming helmet on xbone rather than be constrained to the 360.
I have played Reach on both my 360 and Xbox One and for things like the special Elite Officer, Recon (UA-3) Helmet, and like one other item I had on the 360, I had to download from the store on the Xbox One. Since I already owned them on the 360, I didn’t have to pay for them and I just downloaded them.

Highlight the tile for Reach, hit the “Menu” button, scroll down to “Manage Game and Add-Ons”, scroll to “Ready to Install”, “Install All”, celebrate wheeeee.

Thank you. I couldn’t remember how exactly I got them on the Xbox One. I just know that you you call do them with the once you had unlocked/owned already on the 360.

I agree, I love the ODST set with the robotic arm (with the description: “Remember it’s FEET first next time…” or something along those lines.)
