Hello guys, I’ve contacted Microsoft about an issue I had with buying downloadable content for Halo Wars 2. I bought the sergeant Johnson Commander pack to gift to my cousin a little while back. The issue is my cousin redeemed the code but then Sergeant Johnson is still locked in the game and unplayable. It says I still have to purchase it from the store. I believe we uninstall the game and reinstalled the game with all the content and it still didn’t work. Any suggestions?
Try unplugging your console for 30 seconds or so, you can also go to the dlc page for the game and uninstall and reinstall the dlc individually from the game. I’ve found this to work in the past.
I had it unplugged from the electric for more than 30 seconds. I’ve tried uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling the entire game including uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC. I called Microsoft and they told me to contact 343.
