I have a code which I received from loot crate for the memories of reach req pack and when I entered my code it said nothing was found. I have a badge on my account for the loot crate subscription to prove I am a subscriber and I don’t have the attached dlc to my account. Is there anyway to get a replacement code for the one that doesn’t work?

Yes I called them and they said to talk to the developers of the game not them
