If you are like me you paid some good money for the DLC. The problem is I never see them in the choices for map selection. This mathematical solution 343 uses just doesn’t work. I love some of the DLC maps especially Majestic and I never get to play any of them.
Here is my suggestion. Have another challenge monthly or whatever and for those that complete it can get access to a DLC map pack.
It is either that or make some of these playlist have the DLC required. Like I said how it works now is a joke. The only time I ever get to play any DLC maps is in the DLC playlist.
i agree with you OP. i dont get why 343 cant just set aside one palylist for DLC. Have Crimson, Majestic and Catle all in one. Surely they want to please DLC owners after there dismal decision to get rid of Squad dlc (i think) from Halo Reach
I mean come on 343, we PAID for those maps, we might as well use them.
I’ve never had any problem getting on the DLC maps In fact, I’ve had troubles before where I didn’t want to play on the DLC and had to back out!
(that’s right crimson I’m talking about you ~ also, I was very saddened when squad dlc was removed too).
But case-in-point there is a lot to be sead for a DLC only playlist, and your not the first (or hundredth) one to make this suggestion either.
It’s just a shame 343 doesn’t read these posts with any kind of consideration, I mean . . . I understand how there are a lot of threads and posts that really are worth ignoring, . . but then there’s these little gems that can make the MM experience SO much more worthwhile.
I think dlc maps should be paid for the first 6-8 months for the people(Like me) who want early access and then the maps turn free so that everyone can play them, this would also help to bring back some of the lost population who didn’t like the Halo 4 launch maps.
