I bought the bundle with the Arbiter and Jerome and downloaded them both, but only Jerome is unlocked while Arbiter still says locked. I have uninstalled him and reinstalled, still nothing, restarted game still nothing, sat in the store watching it download and it’s still locked, I can’t find anywhere to actually email someone to get it fixed besides “report your issue on the forum”
