Would this be cool to have? Kind of like on Gears of War 3, RAAM’s Shadow. You could maybe play as one of the SPARTAN-IIs during The Fall of Reach, or one of their notable missions of the past like Jericho VII or Sigma Octanus IV.
I never saw the point in campaign DLC myself. RAAM’s shadow was cool but didn’t have much replay value. I’d much prefer a map pack but each to their own.
They already did something like that. It’s called ODST.

I’d rather see how the real campaign itself pans out before any DLC is announced. Gears did it, but what I hated was that EPIC would bring out new DLC every month. That means we had to spend quite a bit of extra money in just a short period of time.
I would really like to see campaign DLC but it would only be 3-4 missions and would have missions not based off halo 4’s story (like maybe a story of odst’s who stayed in new mombasa after buck and co. left) but would use halo4’s engine
I think, if there is one, you could pay missions from the books.
whether dlc or not, i really want to play as the elites again. i’d especially like the action cutscenes and the break from fighting the “ancient enemy” to fight the brutes.
I wouldn’t mind seeing some. There are so any side stories that could be played out this way but I want map packs as well. I am not sure I’d want to replace those.

No, not replace them, just supplement them, and yeah, there are so many stories and battles of the Halo universe that we don’t know about. On a data drop about Master Chief, it said he had been active in 207 ground engagements… over 200! It’s probably similar for each SPARTAN as well.

Yeah, playing as an Elite again would be cool, maybe someone besides the Arbiter too, don’t get me wrong, the Arbiter’s awesome, but we’ve always played as him, except in 3-4 player co-op on Halo 3.
