Anytime I ever exit the game I lose all objective and campaign logs in the DLC. At first I noticed a few missing now this last time I lost them all. So they only way to get the ATN achievement would be to play through all in a row… What a joke. I did try reinstall on everything with no go.
Oh, and it all started with game saves deleting on exit too. This is an embarrassment how glitchy this game is.
Your not the only one. Yesterday all Phoenix logs were rest, 2 cutscenes missing unable to save games. This morning everything was gone.
I am also having this problem. I purchased the £50 ultimate pack hoping no more updates would resolve the issue. I am now losing all saved data every time i turn the Xbox One X off and on again. This deserves a response from CA as this issue is on several threads and affecting many users. I will be looking for a refund if this is not addressed as effectively i cannot play the game which is a shame as really enjoy it. This seems like it would be a not a major fix and is a fundamental process of the game. I am amazed such a bug made it through testing…

Today i have installed additional DLC and all of my Saved Games, Progres etc is gone.

Why has 343 not yet fixed this issue?
Hi all, i just deleted my install on Xbox one X and reinstalled and this seems to have resolved the problem - worth a try (problem seems to have happened after updates so a fresh reinstall is worth trying here)…
Just spoke to Microsoft on this and they said to try 2 things a. disconnect from Internet until it autosaves and then go back on Internet and it will ask to load game from local or cloud (choose cloud to restore). b. Go to settings>storage and delete local game data and then back into the game and it will auto sync with cloud data there by restoring.
All data is saved on cloud so is a matter of restoring. I advice you to contact Microsoft they will call you back in 20 mins to ensure done correctly.

Did it work?
No, resynced and still didnt appear. Called Microsoft again and they said to manually backup saves to USB 3.0 memory stick. Also can try connecting to mobile hotspot as this can force connection to cloud
Other games restored fine just Halo Wars 2 didnt so backing up to external hard drive best can be done without code fix to game. Will allow you to make a new campaign and save to external at least you can play over and if they fix code you will get old save data that reappear in Load Games menu
This is also a problem for me and my game save is saving to the cloud. Well, my normal non-DLC campaign. For my DLC whenever I play it keeps my medal ONLY even my time doesn’t sync anymore after my first play of the mission. I also noticed on halo waypoint I got GOLD for all my missions when if you look at my scores I shouldn’t have got gold for most if not any.
I bought the game digitally yesterday and when I loaded up the campaign on my PC the area where it states objectives complete time and medals were completely missing. the screen looked the same minus those stats being there. I’ll load it up again later today to take a screenshot but its pretty messed up that this game is still having really bad issues with these two DLC packs (ODST and Flood Campaign DLCs)
I have uninstalled the game completely on Xbox one and when loading it back up after downloading everything it said I didn’t own the campaign DLC even though I had downloaded them by “managing game” and downloading all ready to install DLC items.
I’ve done gate crashers 3 times on Xbox and my objectives still say 0/# for all objectives or logs.
I hoped the computer version was better but since the stats are not showing up I can’t even tell if it works if I played a game.
My progress on halo waypoint doesn’t reflect the progress on my Xbox either. I’m done all objectives in the regular campaign up to and including the mission Lights Out.
But on halo waypoint, my completion is super spotty showing I still need a bunch of objectives for those missions.
Save to USB 3.0 (256gb or greater) harddrive and back up locally - if deletes on next patch you can manually backup - just backup after each session is quick and i think only thing that will work till they fix the bug. I have backed up and works
I also often encounter the problem.
Especially AwakeningTheNightmare is a favorite campaign

I’ll try this on Xbox but what about PC? they should really consider taking a hard look at this problem as it looks like it’s only related to the DLC.
The syncing to halowaypoint is another problem in itself that should also get looked at.
