dlc armor and maps not available?

I downloaded reach for the X box one and none of my dlc armor or maps are unlocked. Anyone else having this problem and is there a way to fix this?

My games and apps > Halo Reach > manage game > ready to install

Aww lame.

I really hoped that they were going to included all this stuff for everyone.

Don’t get me wrong I paid for it all years ago…but that was the last time I was able to play the DLC…years ago ; (
