Hello,
I have done the requirements of Clever Girl but it did not unlock, so I assumed the same would happen for I Can See You. I looked online and saw a lot of people having trouble with these achievements and Ashes to Ashes. Is there any way to fix this. If not, then please post so it will attract 343’s attention. Thank You!!
Several of the achievements aren’t unlocking for me either. This has been an ongoing issue since the Bullseye Pack was released. Hope it gets resolved before the DLC Playlist is removed.
343 are already aware that some of the achievements have been glitched since the release of the Champions bundle. No word yet on a when a fix will be coming though.

Yes, OP, there are some “glitchy” achievements and they do tend to get quite annoying. Usually the achievements unlock after a second attempt in the same match.

Clever Girl
I Can See You
Ashes to Ashes
Birds of Prey
Pigs Can Fly (You have to do two attempts then it unlocks in a single match)
I can’t get any of these achievements! 
These are the achievements that I know that work.
Bird of Prey / Majestic DLC
Dodge This! / Castle DLC
Beating Up the Beat / Majestic DLC
What Is Yours Is Also Mine / Castle DLC
I Thrust at Thee / Majestic DLC
Bullet Sponge / Majestic DLC
Last Man Grinning / Majestic DLC
I can confirm that Pigs can fly and Clever girl are not unlocking.
I’ve been able to get I can see you to unlock.
Ashes to Ashes is for sure glitched. I probably disintigrated 10 enemies with Pulse grenades in a single match and still didn’t get the achievo.
Ashes to Ashes is my last achievement
Must have gotten over twenty incineration kills yesterday, but nothing popped.

I’m pretty sure “Bird of Prey” is glitched as well. I should have unlocked it at least twice at this point, but it still hasn’t unlocked.

My “Bird of Prey” achievement is also glitched.

Really? I got it on the first try, lol.
A buddy of mine is missing the ashes to ashes and mantis stomps. Last night played with him, and he probably had a dozen binary rifle kills and maybe 8 or 9 pulse grenade disintegrations over a few games, and no achievement.
I can’t get “Clever Girl” to unlock and my friend in Ireland can’t get “Bird of Prey” and so I was FORCED to do the unthinkable (please just know that it hurt my pride to resort to this) I plugged in my other 3 controllers (he did the same) and we tried to see if they could even BE boosted??!
NOPE!!! not working… nothing for either of us after 5 totally controlled matches with nothing but time and no outside interference. I would say that 343 needs to look into fixing this problem at this point cause its going on a year now that achievement glitches have been a fact of life in the Halo 4 community.
Just sayin 343… I’d like to close out Halo 4 after a year and 2 months of play
(oh and other people who are having these issues should post about it on here)
For me its just Ashes to ashes and heal 5 teammates with regen. ive done them both over and over and over.

I can’t get Pigs can Fly to pop. Nor can I get the Hello Nurse.
I’m pretty certain I EMP’d and boarded two vehicles twice in the same match on Daybreak and the 'cheevo (What’s Yours Is Mine?) still didn’t pop up. Granted, I don’t know if there is a particular detail involved but still, annoying.
