Really though, we’re a moderately militarized group of Role Playing gamers who are passionate about Halo. This Company is only for ages 15+, main colors are White with Red, Microphone is required, communicative, and must be experienced in Halo combat. A God ranking system is below with descriptions & responsibilities of each Tier. It is not meant to be religious in any way, only for Ranks that suit the theme of the Company. Ranks will be visible as a Spartan’s ID Tag, bolded examples are shown. Once a Spartan is the highest of their Tier, they are responsible for the actions of each Spartan within their respective Tier in and out of the battlefield.

Demigods, Lv. 01-05 (ID Tag DGxx)
“Demis” are Spartans in Training with no real responsibilities to be carried out other than assisting and following orders from higher Spartans. Level 05 Spartans are obligated to become the leader of their fellow Demis in following instructions as a cooperative unit and helping each other advance. - Lesser Deities, Lv. 06-10 (ID Tag LDxx)
“Lessers” are advanced Spartans who have proven their merit with a set of skills or creativity. Level 10 Spartans have authority over all Demigods along with their other Lessers while recruiting more members and provide training. - Intermediate Deities, Lv. 11-15 (ID Tag IDxx)
“Inters” must have a minimum Spartan Rank of 90. They are the main operators that work within the Company, regularly active throughout the week in playlists and/or forging with great skill. These Spartans are responsible for seeing the advancement and success of all subordinates including fellow Inters. Little leniency will be exercised with Lesser Deities and Demigods as deliberate mistakes will prove consequential through reporting to Greater Deities. Level 15 Spartans also have the capability of collecting constructive suggestions and advice from all subordinate Spartans and then given to Greater Deities. - Greater Deities, Lv. 16-20 (ID Tag GDxx)
“Greaters” must have a minimum Spartan Rank of 120. They are allowed to change the workings of lower Tiers personally, but only through the direct order of the Overdieties. They are responsible for listening to important suggestions from Inters and choosing democratically among themselves the best course(s) of action, then the Level 20 Spartan presenting them to the Overdeities to decide. Level 16-18 Greaters must oversee the progress of a lower tier (Level 16 overseeing Demis, Level 17 overseeing Lessers, and so on), then reporting to Level 19 & 20 Deities on their status with the obligation to address and resolve issues within those Tiers. Level 19 & 20 Greaters may address Overdeities directly with Company Related information and can be added to the voting of a choice among the Overdeities. - Overdeities, Lv.21-25 (ID Tag ODxx)
“Overs” must have a minimum Spartan Rank of 145. These Spartans possess excellent skill that no other within the Company can easily surpass. Any lower tiered Spartan may challenge a level 21-24 Spartan to replace them, but they must do so through the Overdeity’s choice of how while the Level 25 Spartan judges them - along with others of their choosing - for three rounds. No Overs may challenge another for Rank. All Overs must address and decide all information given by Level 19 & 20 Deities while they are present, no exceptions. Each may address the others democratically choosing consequences for a Spartan’s behavior, good or bad, discussing the situation and circumstances. Overs may also lead Wars, the highest Level present being the leader, and can schedule individual practices with other Spartans regardless of rank. If the only Over present leaves a War, the entire Company must surrender.
