At first I thought the req system in halo 5 was pretty solid when it came to distributing the spoils at a balanced and fair rate, after purchasing them with req points. That became false rather quickly, with 343 continuing to add more content to the game, it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain certain reqs that we all desire. I am still rather upset that emblems are requisitions, as they get in the way of ultra-rare to legendary armor (why are there legendary emblems?).
As follows I believe 343 can improve(tweak) the req system by dividing it into sub-categories:

Cosmetics - Armor/Visors

Loadout Weapons/Skins

Assassinations/Stances/Emblems

Warzone - Weapons
-
Vehicles
-
Powerups/Armor Mods
The same pricing can be used on them whether or not you want something common/uncommon(1,250), uncommon/rare(5,000), and ultra-rare/legendary(10,000), or if you think the pricing should be lowered to allow the items to be more reasonable.
