What do you mean by “my progress is reset”? Like your Winter Update Battle Pass reset back to level one? Or did you finish the thirty levels and now it’s completed?

Luckily the 30 tier and the 10 tier are pretty quick and you can double down and do them simultaneously. Good luck fellow Spartan.

Do you mean the Season 2 Pass? Or Season 1 even? Because the Mark V [B] pass is still available, alongside the WInter Contigency pass. Maybe you ran out of boosts/free level increasers (the things that give you an instant level up for free)?

Like everyone else, I have no idea what you’re talking about. You might need to reset your game if there’s an error, but the Winter Pass is free, not Season 1 and 2 (anymore). I’ve never seen a pass reset either.
Only paid Battle Passes and timed event passes should lock when the season ends, if you didn’t buy them, unless 343 ACTUALLY messed up (not surprised) and made the Winter Pass act the same way as a normal one, but it’s not Season 3 yet, so it shouldn’t be locked anyway

Certainly sounds like you have completed the free winter pass and it’s now showing you that you can unlock more things by buying one of the previous battle passes.
Guess it’s possible you have a glitch that isn’t common and you need to contact 343i to have them sort it out.

This just happened to me too… my winter update battle pass when I looked at the pass was completely locked and it was asking me to buy it. I restarted the game and it fixed itself. Must be a bug.
