Display Adapter "Disabled"

As the title says in my video settings my display adapter where it should recognize my graphics card just says disabled and the box is grayed out. Does anyone else have this issue or a way to fix it? It worries me that it might be messing things up since my FPS seems to fluctuate wildly each game and my GPU is running at 90%+ whenever I’m in a game. I’m playing on high settings with a 3070 right now.

Update: My option to set a custom FPS limit is now gone. I don’t know if they removed this in the update or not. This was the only way I was able to get the game to play at the FPS it should be playing at. I had to set a custom minimum limit of 130 and have my max set at 144 and I was getting 130-135 FPS consistently with random games dropping to around 105 FPS which is why I made the first post. Without the custom limit the game only plays at 74 with the preset minimum limit being 72. I play on a ROG XG27UQ which is a very good monitor and my GPU is an MSI 3070 TRIO. I should be getting way more than 74 FPS. Anyone have a solution?
