Kind of what I’m going for tbh. and if theres things a majority of people “complain” about and I agree with i’ll probably make another post / proposal for 343i to check it for a potential overlook or just something unintended for fair gameplay in general (kind of like red team on molten for an example not that I’ve had issues with it particularly, but it was a big outrage lols)

Personally, I’m not sure how to decide whether something is balanced or not. (any help would be appreciated)
As far as I can tell, the majority of the weapons seem “balanced”, as they are each effective in different situations.
@Timmy the k1d
I agree with what you said each individual weapon has its edge in different scenario’s and situations so I suppose I would have to say the closest to an example of unbalance I could give would be say Carbine>DMR cause its just 100% better (in my opinion)
Although out of our control, the only REAL unbalance I can think of (As of 5AM) is the match maker which is rendered pretty useless sometimes due to smurf accounts / alts whichever you call them.
Just want this to be seen, apologies for the notification.

The balance of weapons in the sandbox is more than just their effectiveness within their roles of the overall game. What should be taken into account is the balance between ease of use vs kill times or overall power. Ideally, weapons that take the most skill should have the fastest kill times relative to their role in the sandbox, and easy weapons should kill slower. Alongside this, there should be very distinguished roles between each of these weapons, something that halo 5 struggles with due to the ridiculous number of precision weapons and automatics within the sandbox.
