Discrepancy between different Halo "portals"

I’ve played the first three missions (Dawn, Requiem, and Forerunner). I’ve started the fourth mission (Infinity).

I have the achievement for all three.

In Halo 4, it shows (1/1) for all of these three.

In Halo Waypoint (the Xbox app -AND- the website), it shows that I haven’t completed Forerunner.

I think there is also a discrepancy between these different sources and my War Games stats (as sad as they are) - but the campaign was the easiest to document.

Any ideas as to when (if ever) these will be reconciled?
