If you watch the MLG halo 4 multiplayer round 5 and look at the loadouts then you will see a new weapon called the storm rifle and a ability called firepower. Any ideas on what they do? Didn’t notice them during the match.

IIRC Firepower lets you spawn with two primary weapons, rather than a primary and a secondary.
Not sure what makes the Storm Rifle stand out, but I hear it’s the least-preferred weapon in public playtests so far.

Storm Rifle (worst weapon name ever) is just the replacement for the Plasma Rifle. But ugly and unremarkable looking. Why they couldn’t just have a Plasma Rifle that fires like the Storm Rifle is still beyond me.
The Storm Rifle is the replacement for the Plasma Rifle and Plasma Repeater. Firepower allows players to spawn with two primaries.

It has reasoning, the longer barrel mean higher accuracy, and i think the name i sepic
