I know I’m behind the times but what’s up with every Spartan Company going for Achilles “requiring” you to have Discord… I’m not even sure the point of discord is lol I guess I’m just the old man now 
It’s just easy way for people chat in real time and co-ordinate these days, it also has built in voice chat and really good support for custom bots, permissions, etc. Being available on multiple devices is also quite handy. As someone brought up using IRC, this is actually a really nice evolution
