Hello everyone, has anyone been experiencing frequent disconnects similar to when the game was released? Over the past 20 or so games ive been disconnected around the 5-7 minute mark about 3/4 of the matches ive played. I havent been disconnected this frequent since the games release. My internet speed averages about 5mbps down, could it be i would need a much faster speed?
yup, this has become an ongoing thing for me with each update, and sadly it is only getting worse and worse. most games now for me have either a 5-6 second delay at times or I disconnect - my first game today was a disconnect before even starting the match.
It’s odd as I’ve never encountered these sort of issues before, only with the Johnson leader onwards has this surfaced.

If that’s the case he must hate me, I just played a game with a 15 second delay at some points. My Banshees were flying to a spot I selected ages ago and would just fly into armies of anti-air which was ‘fun’ to deal with
So idk if this helps, but about 3 months ago I had the same problem and I was furious. I lost like 20 straight over two weeks because of disconnects.
I cooled my jets a little, when it started happening to other things like Netflix and other games. I was still mad as hell tho, because it was happening evertime on HW and just a small amount of time on other things.
I called my my cable/internet company. The sent out a tech…This may sound weird or whatever, but mocha filters. Idk what is or what means, but he put those in and I haven’t had a problem with disconnects since. Yes it’s still weird that it happened about 5 times as much on HW than it did anything else.
The tech said it’s really only a problem if you live in a large apartment complex, like me. If you don’t live in something like that, it’s most likely another issue. Again, MOCHA FILTERS. I know it sounds strange, but check it out. Actually it’s MoCa filters, but yeah check it out.

Mocha filters? Ive never heard of that. I dont live in an apt complex though. Ill contact my isp and ask em. This has been very frustrating! This is the only game where dcs happen so often, ironic since i really enjoy playing the game

Yeah idk if that helps. The deal with it is so much new technology in a tight environment can actually get into your system and can disrupt it. Mocha filters prevent that. Yeah idk, it’s the same thing with what you got going, but I worked for me.
