I haven’t seen any official word on this. I’m tired of bringing this up. But the number of disconnects is just ridiculous. I am currently 40-20 in 1v1 with HALF of those losses being disconnects. HALF. I made it to champion with complete ease last season and would easily have been there long ago were it not for these insane disconnects.
I mean, pretending it’s not an issue isn’t a solution. Tired of losing CSR for reasons that are not the fault of my own. I know I am not the only one experiencing this.
I would just like to know if there are any plans to address/fix this issue. In all fairness it HAS been going on since launch.

Same here, wow. Surprised to see a monitor even giving this issue… Yesterday I played 3 matches, 2 with disconnections. I want to clarify to explain the way they disconnect to see if it is the same for you folks~ So far I have two ways of disconnections~
- The game just freezes, I cannot do anything and after few seconds the loading screen comes out and a message in the main menu comes out saying I got disconnected from the game session.
- The game stops, I can still look around the map and collect a lot of UI elements into the screen while the time seems to stop for everything in the game, the sound is stuttering in the background. After seconds of waiting, the same result, game goes out to the main menu with the same message on screen.

I had my first disconnect yesterday. Game froze, then loaded out to main menu with message saying I was disconnected.

Agreed. There seems to be different kinds of disconnects. From the game going out of sync to the game freezing. If the game completely stops it has a decent chance of recovering. However, I’ve noticed that if the health bars become “detached” from their respective units, and the health bars seemingly float on their own, then it’s not coming back.
so i just disconnected the first time ever loosing 60 plus points in onyx and this problem seems to not be getting answered its completely unfair im not playing until it gets fixed and not streaming or particpating in online tournaments on unstable servers
ive been agreeing with you every time you make a post about this. I was 1 match away from onyx ONE match away! and thats a big deal for me cuz I came up from a really crappy rank and I worked at it to get better and I disconnected the next 3 matches and I’m back to diamond 3 because they count as resigns I lost like 60-80% each disconnect. and it seems to be totally random because I could be playing at like 7 am and ill still disconnect but then sometimes (although rarely) ill be on at like 7 or 8 prime time for live and it’ll be fine. idk but Im with you.
This is really hilarious… I was making a good rate W/L, but now with this issues is like from my last 20 games half of them are losses because of disconnections… Nice. Really nice. hahaha

My issue is that I just crash out of games to the Xbox dashboard. I’ll be in an engagement, the fps will drop and 1 of things happens. 1. The fps drops for 10-15 sec or longer then the game unlocks and I get to watch an army die at super speed. or 2. I crash straight to dashboard. This has been going on at least 4 games a day since kinsano was released.
For me, I’ve had more disconnects from playing rumble rather than the other modes. It seemed to happened after Kinsano and Colony released and it was as you guys already said; the floating health bars not sticking to their units.
It is annoying but I could understand the sync issues as rumble is chock full of units running around everywhere.
Fortunately I haven’t been plagued by disconnects, but that’s no reason that we shouldn’t be fixing this issue for everyone.
I’m starting to get them more and more now and it’s -Yoink!- me off. Granted I don’t play at a competitive level, but it is seriously dampening my fun.

I love building up and having nice long 40 minute games but its just too risky. someone will dc.
I barely play online matches, but I also had one or two disconnects when I played online. What also happens quite more than rare are game freezes. The game freezes completely and the Xbox closes the game returning to the Dashboard.
