Every time I try to play Halo 2, I always get disconnected from Xbox Live. I know the multiplayer servers have been down for a while but why can’t I be logged into Xbox live when I play the campaign?
The original Halo 2 game tries to connect to the old Xbox Live servers, which as you already know, don’t exist any more. Therefore when you play and get disconnected, it doesn’t know how to connect back and you’re left offline until you exit the game.
