Hello, I have a problem… From about two days I can’t connect with Halo 5 online service. When I jump in to the game a pop up message tell me that I can’t recover my profile data or that i’m disconnected from Halo5 service. I can’t play online, I can’t do anything.
My internet service is okay, not the best (I’m live in italy) but after all is a good service. Other online games work fine.
There is a way to contact 343 industries, from email maybe? I read that others like me have this problem and for now there’s no solution.
I really like the multiplayer of this game, I won’t be forced to sell this game or ask for a refound to Microsoft only for this stupid thing.

I feel your pain brother, tho my problem was a bit worse… I finish up a FFA match on Truth last night, and as it’s loading the scoreboard I got: “Your console lost connection to the server”. And immediately after that: “THE BANHAMMER FALLS. You have been banned from multiplayer activities. 6:33.”
Seriously 343??? Your server drops the connection, AFTER the match had ENDED, and it treats it like “Quitting” and bans me? So for getting disconnected one time, it’s banworthy? Wow… Trade in time… Fallout 4…
