It’s truly sad to see how such an iconic franchise has been left in the hands of a dev team who seem to be dedicating next to nothing resource wise for a game many of us love. I would love to hear from a dev on what their explanation is on having possibly the worst server’s in gaming history. It has never been easier and more affordable for consumers to have decent internet connections to support low level gaming. And for some reason, 343 can’t keep 6 people connected long enough to play a ranked game? I simply don’t understand. I have been gaming for more than 20 years and I have never, ever, seen a game with such terrible server reliability. You can spend 10 minutes trying to get 3 people into the same squad (which is unheard of). Then it seems every other game someone is disconnected. Forget rank, how can you play a competitive game when the biggest turn of a tide is waiting for someone to disconnect. Its infuriating.
And if your answer is “we are aware of the issues, blah blah blah blah”, save it. I don’t want to hear anything about my internet connection, its 1 Gig+ per second hardwired into my Xbox.
Any takers on why ya’ll cant provide suitable servers for a total of 6 people to play on other than being cheap or incompetent?
