So it’s hard to play Firefight, Forge, or any other game because I disconnect during the middle of them. I can’t play a full Firefight game and get past round 2 or 3 because I keep disconnecting. All my other games work well, except for Warframe, but I only disconnect every 40 minutes or to a hour of playing that, but that’s another annoying story. After disconnecting from 3 games I quit. I cannot get anything out of games. And when I ACYUALLY finish a game or 3, I have the confidence to use a boost, and sure enough when I use a boost, I disconnect. Bye bye Legendary boost…
It actually gets worse in Warzone because after trying again after disconnecting, I can’t use any of my requistions. I have to use a pistol and assault rifle, or try to pick up weapons from others. I usually call quits after mine third disconnect, but it’s been getting worse. Halo 5 is free to play until the 6 of this week, pretty sure, so I can’t have my little fun banking up some req points.
I play BF4, Battlefield Hardline, and they have excellent connection. Even Roblox has way better connection. No lagging out of simple games, or no lag during them. Way better connection then Halo…
So why is this happening?
Just curious where you are from? That is the thing i use to disconnect all the time but has not happened much lately maybe once in last week. i do know one of my European friends has been getting disconnected from a lot more games. The servers have always been pretty bad nothing new here only thing to do is hardwire if your not already which you say you are. Not anything you can do in this case but deal with it to enjoy the greatness of halo.
I’m from the United States, TN. My younger brother has experiences too. Our internet is perfect.
It’s super frustrating because it’s happening to me to more now then it ever has before. I disconnect like every 3rd game it seems, I just quit for the night now but it’s just ridiculous and I think it happens to tons of people, when I play WZFF I look at the ‘feed’ I guess you would call it and I’ll see:
‘player left’
‘player joined’
‘player left’
‘player left’
‘player joined’
by the end of the game in the post game report in some WZFF games we’ve had like 4 or 5 different people come in and go out. At first I thought it was just people quitting but now I realize it’s people disconnecting over and over. It shouldn’t be this bad, I live in Vegas my connection never has this problem with ANY game.
This is becoming more and more problematic. Even in slayer we start out with a full team and by the end we will be down a player or sometimes 2. I noticed this on the opposite team as well… Its very very common now… Theres not a lot that we can do except hope it is looked at by 343i. If your wired and your Nat is set to Open that’s about all you can do… You can try and open ports in your router and give that a try. But that’s about it… Good luck!
